You just have to fill the form, and a mental health consultant from our team will get in touch with you to understand your problem and they will choose a therapist that is best suited to your personality. Post which we’ll send you the link to your therapist’s calendar and you can choose the timings for your sessions that suit you the most.

No. We have certified psychologists on board with us who will get to the root of your symptoms through therapy sessions and parallelly we will also give you a personalized program for the techniques so that you can control your symptoms whenever you want and never feel helpless!

Every session is the standard 1 hour.

The therapy sessions will be online via video calls. You will have your therapist's calendar and you can book the session whenever you want according to your time and convenience :)
